未央（MIO）是一個位於台中老舊街區、面積 66 平方公尺的複合式空間，將花藝工作區、教學、展示陳列、精品咖啡與 16°C 櫥窗低溫花房完美整合。本項目基於克制的「減法」哲學，室內運用細緻且層次分明的灰色系複合材質——不鏽鋼、磨石子花紋、水泥與鋁合金本色，沉澱空間雜訊，使鮮花成為絕對的主角。團隊透過三層中空膠合玻璃技術與獨立空調分區控制，完美解決了鄰近咖啡廳的低溫控溫挑戰，在維持櫥窗通透的同時避免視覺雜亂。結合櫥窗客製化炫光膜對自然光的動態折射，未央形塑了強烈的品牌材質靈魂，為地方街景注入當代的美學催化劑。
MIO is a 66 sq m composite space in an older Taichung neighborhood, seamlessly integrating a floral workspace, teaching, exhibitions, a boutique cafe, and a 16°C low-temperature window flower room. Driven by a disciplined philosophy of subtraction, the interior utilizes a meticulously layered gray composite palette—stainless steel, terrazzo textures, cement, and raw aluminum—silencing spatial noise so fresh flowers remain the absolute protagonist. The technical challenge of temperature control was flawlessly resolved via triple-glazed laminated glass and independent HVAC zoning, ensuring window transparency without visual clutter. Enhanced by custom dichroic film that dynamically refracts shifting natural light, MIO creates a powerful brand soul that revitalizes the local streetscape.
